nisga’a valley health authority

The Nisga’a Valley Health Authority (NVHA) requested support of Community Health Planning services and development from Cornerstone.

Cornerstone worked with the Nisga’a Valley Health Authority to complete a five-year National Health and Wellness Strategy to support the well-being of the four Nisga’a communities, and all Nisga’a members.

We built on foundational work completed by NVHA to develop a comprehensive operational Health and Wellness plan that identified community health priorities, health needs and actions over the coming five years. The Plan incorporated and reflected the work NVHA put into developing policies for traditional wellness.
