David has more than 25 years’ experience as a project manager, engagement lead, policy advisor, communications coordinator, and issues management advisor to Indigenous communities and organizations, Crown governments, and private sector clients across Western Canada.

David has led strategic planning, visioning, and program implementation for Indigenous organizations, and has also facilitated community wellness and training sessions and conducted program evaluations with dozens of Indigenous organizations and agencies across BC.

David has a broad background in consultation and engagement, project management, community development, program evaluation, and training.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria and a Certificate in Applied Project Management from Camosun College.
