For more than 25 years our team has worked with dozens of clients and communities from across British Columbia and western Canada, collaborating to create meaningful and action-oriented plans and strategies to achieve goals and build towards future visions.

Vision to Action: Our approach to Strategic Planning starts with a shared Vision – the ideal future state – that is the guiding light for developing Objectives, Goals and Action Plans. Working together with the project team, we help develop Plans that clearly connect actions, deliverables, and workplans directly to the shared Vision.
Inclusion and Diversity: We believe in the power of collective knowledge, and know that we learn more when we share different experiences, both on our teams and among our clients. In all our work we are committed to listening to and taking guidance from people with different lived experience, knowledge and perspectives.
